The researchers should have good knowledge in their field.If the subject had been learned deeply, however it will be in the specific skill that the researchers used to be sensitive in their field.  Example: someone with the expertise on a teaching field, he should notice or be critics to the problems happening related to the teaching matters.

 As the last point, it can be by considering the daily necessity and activity. Analysing a field really helps someone to be secitive to choose problem by considering daily activity and necessity. Example: someone often notices to the pratical side of life, seeing how the human efforts for their daily necessity, for example, like observing the school to find the problems occur there.
